GENTIF™ Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activity

You may not use GENTIF™ to engage in unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, invasive, or unauthorized activity.

• False ownership claims, forged verification, impersonation, fake organization data, or misleading directory content.
• Misuse of badges, proof pages, certification language, directory entries, or GENTIF™ marks.
• Attacks, scanning beyond permitted workflows, credential stuffing, scraping, reverse engineering, vulnerability exploitation, bypassing rate limits, or interfering with systems.
• Malware, phishing, spam, deceptive AI claims, fake reviews, evasion, obfuscation, or harmful automation.
• Prompts or content designed to override GENTIF™ policies, extract secrets, evade safety checks, or manipulate AI outputs.
• Submitting personal, confidential, regulated, or third-party data without authority.
• Using integrations, API keys, or agent keys outside authorized scopes.

2. Regulated and sensitive categories

GENTIF™ may restrict, exclude, manually review, or refuse certification or directory listing for categories involving regulated services, adult or sexually explicit content, weapons, controlled substances, gambling, financial claims, medical claims, legal claims, political persuasion, high-risk AI, or other sensitive areas.

3. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for your Digital Entities, sites, content, Trust Declarations, Trust Assertions, prompts, outputs, integrations, user permissions, credentials, keys, DNS records, registry claims, support messages, certification language, and badge use.

4. Enforcement

GENTIF™ may warn, throttle, suspend, restrict, revoke, delist, delete, archive, report, or terminate accounts, declarations, credentials, registry records, badges, API access, and related records. GENTIF™ may preserve evidence and audit records where needed to protect the platform, users, or registry integrity.

5. Reporting abuse

Suspected misuse, inaccurate claims, impersonation, badge abuse, ownership disputes, or unsafe content may be reported through GENTIF™'s public abuse report or support process.
