ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Account Closure Policy

Closing a GENTIF™ account disables active platform use, but it does not automatically erase Trust Declarations, Trust Credentials, registry records, verification history, governance decisions, lifecycle events, audit records, or other records that must be preserved for legal, billing, security, domain-ownership, certification, supersession, or dispute reasons.

What may be disabled

What may be retained

GENTIF™ may retain account, billing, tax, domain ownership, verification, supersession, certification, Trust Declaration, Trust Credential, Trust Registry Record, governance, lifecycle, abuse, security, support, privacy-rights, and audit records where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.

Domain ownership and supersession

Account closure does not transfer domain ownership. A verified domain owner may need to complete supersession or re-verification. Prior manager work product may be archived as read-only evidence without preserving old manager control.
