GENTIF™ Privacy Policy

1. Information collected

• Account information such as name, organization, email address, login and verification status.
• Domain and property information such as domains, URLs, page records, declarations, verification methods, proof pages, badges, directory settings, and ownership claims.
• Usage and system information such as IP address, device/browser information, session events, API requests, audit logs, security findings, error logs, agent-key usage, and integration status.
• Support, abuse, and review information such as tickets, abuse reports, manual review notes, supersession records, archive records, and communications.
• Billing information processed through payment providers when commercial billing is enabled. GENTIF™ should not store full payment-card numbers unless expressly stated through a compliant provider flow.
• AI service information such as prompts, page text submitted for analysis, generated suggestions, safety events, usage ledger records, and human-review status.

2. How information is used

GENTIF™ uses information to operate accounts, verify domains, generate declarations and proof pages, support badges and directory controls, provide AI Readiness and Trust Intelligence tools, prevent abuse, enforce policy, maintain auditability, process support requests, improve the service, comply with legal obligations, and protect GENTIF™, customers, and the public registry.

3. Public information

Some information may be public by design, including verified domain status, proof pages, badges, public declarations, directory entries, credential status, issue/revocation status, timestamps, and hosted proof pages. Do not submit confidential information into fields intended for public display.

4. AI processing

When AI features are used, submitted page text, prompts, metadata, and related context may be processed by GENTIF™ systems and configured AI providers to generate suggestions or safety events. GENTIF™ may log AI requests, estimated usage, safety flags, and outputs for audit, security, quality, and billing controls. Customers remain responsible for deciding what content to submit and whether to use generated output.

5. Sharing

GENTIF™ may share information with service providers that support hosting, databases, email, security, analytics, payments, AI processing, logging, support, and integrations. GENTIF™ may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce policies, investigate abuse, respond to ownership disputes, protect rights or safety, or support business transfers.

6. Security

GENTIF™ uses administrative, technical, and organizational controls appropriate for a beta SaaS platform, including account controls, audit logs, security findings, agent-key controls, restricted-action policies, and prompt-injection screening. No system is perfectly secure, and customers must protect their own credentials, domains, DNS records, websites, API keys, integrations, and agent keys.

7. Retention

GENTIF™ may retain account, audit, declaration, proof, verification, support, abuse, billing, ownership, supersession, archive, security, and AI-safety records as needed to operate the registry, resolve disputes, maintain historical integrity, comply with law, prevent abuse, and enforce policy. Some records may remain in immutable or read-only archive form after account changes or ownership supersession.

8. Choices

Customers may update account information, remove non-required public content, disable some integrations, request support, and manage directory and badge settings where available. Some registry, audit, security, billing, legal, and abuse-related records may be retained even after deletion requests where necessary for legitimate business, security, legal, or registry-integrity reasons.

9. Children's data

GENTIF™ is not intended for children and should not be used to submit children's personal information.
